Here's the lineup the Red Sox could use with players on the disabled list:

1B: Victor Martinez
2B: Dustin Pedroia
3B: Mike Lowell
SS: Jed Lowrie
C: Jason Varitek
DH: *
LF: Jeremy Hermida
CF: Jacoby Ellsbury
RF: *
SP: Josh Beckett
RP: Manny Delcarmen

* We might need to play Delcarmen in right field and use Junichi Tazawa as the DH. But I'd take my chances with this team.
