Just got off the phone with someone involved in trying to hash out the Astros-Philly deal for Roy Oswalt.

The reports are true that the two sides have completed the package. It included J.A. Happ going to Houston with two minor leaguers.

It also includes a "significant" but not a "majority" of the contract being paid by the Astros. With a $16 million option for next season and about $6 million remaining this season, about $10 million or so is being picked up by the Astros.

Asked whether Oswalt was leaning toward waiving the no trade to go to Philly, the source said, "We just haven't heard yet."
