If you were away all weekend at the beach, the Red Sox have started thinking about 2011. They started four rookies against Tampa Bay last night and now have 32 players on the roster. It's like spring training, only the games count.

Here's who Terry Francona has to choose from for the remaining 24 games:

Shortstops: Marco Scutaro, Yamaico Navarro

DH: David Ortiz

Catchers: Victor Martinez, Kevin Cash, Jarrod Saltalamacchia, Jason Varitek

Outfielders: J.D. Drew, Ryan Kalish, Darnell McDonald, Daniel Nava, Eric Patterson, Josh Reddick

Third base: Adrian Beltre

First basemen: Mike Lowell, Lars Anderson

Utility: Bill Hall, Jed Lowrie

Starters: Clay Buchholz, Jon Lester, Josh Beckett, John Lackey, Daisuke Matsuzaka

Righthanded relievers: Jonathan Papelbon, Daniel Bard, Scott Atchison, Robert Manuel, Tim Wakefield, Robert Coello.

Lefthanded relievers: Felic Doubront, Hideki Okajima, Dustin Richardson.

The only healthy players on the 40-man roster not in the big leagues are Dusty Brown, Jose Iglesias and Mark Wagner.

RHP Michael Bowden has not yet been recalled but will be.
