Idiots II?
Johnny Damon and Manny Ramirez have been signed to one-year deals by the Tampa Bay Rays pending physicals. The Rays got both players for a total of $7.25 million with $5.25 million heading to Damon.
The Rays lost leftfielder Carl Crawford, first baseman Carlos Pena and shortstop Jason Bartlett (traded to San Diego) from their starting lineup.
