FORT MYERS, Fla. Jarrod Saltalamacchia borrowed a t-shirt with an Irish flag on it this morning and was happily wishing everybody Happy Patrick's Day today.

"I know there are a lot of Irish in Boston," he said. "But a lot of Italians, too. Right?"

David Ortiz had on a green shirt, as did Tim Wakefield, Josh Beckett and a bunch of other guys.

But the most creative celebrant was Mike Cameron, who put Al Green on the stereo.

"I'm Black Irish," he said.

Meanwhile, if you haven't heard "Peg O' My Heart" by the Dropkick Murphys and Bruce Springsteen, today would be a good day to download it. It rocks.
