History for Pedroia and Scutaro
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Great stat courtesy of the Red Sox media relations department:
Dustin Pedroia and Marco Scutaro have each hit home runs in Boston’s last two games, the first time the Sox have had a second baseman and shortstop each homer in consecutive contests since Bobby Doerr and Joe Cronin did it on April 15-16, 1941, the first two games of that season.
