Kevin Youkilis leaves game after seventh inning

Kevin Youkilis left after the seventh inning because of a tight right hamstring. The injury occurred in the bottom of the sixth when Youkilis tried to beat out an infield grounder. He played third base in the top of the seventh before leaving the game.
