Two key Red Sox on the disabled list Kevin Youkilis and J.D Drew are expected to play for Class AAA Pawtucket tonight in Rochester, N.Y.

In a strange coincidence, Trot Nixon will be at Frontier Field tonight signing autographs.

Drew can come off the disabled list at any time but is not expected to be activated until Thursday when the rosters expand. Youkilis is eligible to return on Friday.

With Josh Reddick hitting .205/.256/.329 this month over 78 plate appearances, Drew could get a significant chance to regain playing time. He has been out since July 20 with a sore left shoulder. What Drew is capable of at this point is anybody's guess. But he will be rested and relatively healthy.

RHP Bobby Jenks has yet to pitch in a minor league game. We should learn more about his status tonight. He is expected to be ready sometime in the next week or so.
