Instructional League rosters set

Via soxprospects.com here is the roster for Instructional League:

Pitchers: Raul Alcantara, Matt Barnes, Luis Bastardo, Luis Diaz, Edwar Garcia, Jason Garcia, Zach Good, Braden Kapteyn, Cody Kukuk, Francelis Montas, Nefi Ogando, Henry Owens, Renny Parthemore, Miguel Pena, Matt Price, Noe Ramirez, Matt Spalding, Raynel Velette, Madison Younginer.

Catchers: Adelberto Ibarra, Zack Kapstein. Roberto Reyes, Blake Swihart, Jordan Weems.

Infielders: Miles Head, Travis Shaw, Sean Coyle, Mookie Betts, Heiker Meneses, Jose Voncio, Xander Bogaerts, Nick Moore, Kolbrin Vitek, Garin Cecchini.

Outfielders: Jackie Bradley, Peter Hissey, Williams Jerez, Cody Koback, Lucas LeBlanc, Matt Marquis, Kendrick Perkins.

The players report Sept. 18 with games starting six days later. Instructional League is largely for prospects below High Class A or players coming off injuries. There are a number of June draft picks in this group, notably Barnes, Bradley, Jerez, Owens, Ramirez, Swihart, Kukuk, Price and Betts.

Ryan Westmoreland also will be on hand, continuing his return to baseball. He is not yet ready for games, however.
