NEW YORK — As if the Red Sox don't have enough problems with their battered pitching staff, it's pouring here right now and according to the forecast, that will be the case all night.

No word yet on what the plans would be if the game is postponed. Saturday is a 4:10 p.m game on Fox, so a Sunday doubleheader may be in the works.

UPDATE, 1:20 p.m.: This from the Yankees:

MLB is monitoring weather conditions and will determine if the game is played. Updates will be posted when available.
