Do you realize the Red Sox are 12-13 in their last 25 home games? They're 43-30 at home and 43-32 on the road. They have won only two of the last eight series at Fenway Park.

The road record is commendable. But the Yankees, Rangers and Tigers have played better at home. Fenway Park should be more of an advantage that that, especially for a good team. Or least what is supposed to be a good team.

Along with what seems like a dozen other reasons, not paying well at home has the Sox in the mess they're in now.
