Former Red Sox pitcher Pedro Martinez will host two charity events in conjunction with the Jimmy Fund in Boston in January.

"An Intimate Evening with Pedro Martinez" is a Jan. 13 dinner party at the Liberty Hotel and features a Q&A emceed by Bob Neumeier, silent and live auctions, autographs, and photos with Martinez. Tickets are $350.

"New Stars for Young Stars" is an autograph and meet-and-greet session Jan. 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Jillians Boston. Manager Bobby Valentine and select Red Sox minor-leaguers will join Martinez. Tickets are $150.
