FORT MYERS, Fla. -- On a hot and sunny afternoon at the Forest Country Club yesterday, Red Sox players hit the links for the 19th annual Boston Red Sox Children's Hospital celebrity golf tournament. The tourney raises awareness and funds to support the hospital.

Red Sox players Adrian Gonzalez, Josh Beckett, Jon Lester, Ryan Sweeney, Nick Punto, Clay Buchholz, Mark Melanson, Michael Bowden, and others were joined by Jim Rice, Luis Tiant, Bill Lee as well as NESN personality Tom Caron.

In the video above, we caught up with some of the golfers as they teed off for a great cause on Monday.
