Furthur hits McCoy Stadium on July 5

The Pawtucket Red Sox, in conjunction with the Pawtucket Arts Festival, are pleased to announce that Furthur will perform at McCoy Stadium on Thursday, July 5. Gates will open at 5:30 pm and show time is at 7:00 pm.

Tickets for the show will go on sale this Saturday, March 10 at 10 a.m. at the PawSox box office at McCoy, on-line at www.pawsox.com, or over the phone by calling (401) 724-7300.

All tickets will be priced at $56.50 which includes all service fees.

All tickets will be general admission as fans will be able to sit in the McCoy Stadium seating bowl and be allowed on the field. Children, aged 12 and under, will get in free with each adult ticket holder. There is no PawSox game at McCoy on July 5.

Furthur,, which features former Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir, is starting its summer tour at McCoy. The band includes Jeff Chimenti (RatDog), drummer Joe Russo (Benevento - Russo Duo, Trey Anastasio), guitarist John Kadlecik (Dark Star Orchestra), and vocalists Sunshine Becker and Jeff Pehrson.
