Here's a little good news on the injury front.

Lefthanded reliever Rich Hill went two scoreless innings for Single A Salem against Myrtle Beach Friday night, allowing one hit. He struck out three. Hill has now thrown four innings over three games in his rehabilitation assignment. For now, Hill will stay with Salem.

Bobby Valentine said lefthander Andrew Miller would pitch for Triple A Pawtucket on Sunday and Monday. That would put him close to returning.
