You have until 11:59 p.m. to vote for the All-Star team tonight at MLB.com.

David Ortiz is pretty much locked in at designated hitter. But Jarrod Saltalamacchia could use your help. He leads all catchers with 14 homers and has the highest slugging percentage among AL catchers.

Plus that hair would be a story, too. So vote for Salty.
