Not much love for Red Sox in early All-Star voting

The early returns on the All-Star voting are out. David Ortiz leads the voting for designated hitters with 1.2 million votes, well ahead of Michael Young.

The only other player in the top five is Dustin Pedroia, who is third at second base behind Ian Kinsler and Robinson Cano.

Somebody needs to start a write-in campaign for Daniel Nava. It's Nava or Never. It Nava Over. Or something.
