Bobby Valentine said this morning that Daisuke Matsuzaka was being lined up to start Game 162. That would be Oct. 3 in New York against the Yankees.

Matsuzaka has not faced the Yankees since Oct. 2, 2010.

Matsuzaka is 1-6 with a 7.68 ERA in 10 starts this season. He will be a free agent after the season
