Felix Doubront will pitch in a minor league game back in Fort Myers rather than face the Orioles, a division team. ... The Orioles have the best record in the Grapefruit League. ... McFarland, 23, was a Triple A starter for Baltimore last season. He has appeared in seven spring training games, all in relief. ... The Red Sox are off on Tuesday and then play four more games, all in Fort Myers. Three are at home and one is against the Twins four miles away. ... There are three Class A games starting at 1 p.m. at Fort Myers. Dounbront, Joel Hanrahan (one inning) and Pedro Ciriaco will be in those. The Red Sox were going to have other big league position players in the minor league games and decided to bring them to Sarasota instead.
