The Red Sox have allowed three runs or fewer in the last 11 home games while posting a 1.32 ERA. The 11-game streak matches the third-longest in franchise history set in 1986, and is one shy of the team record set in 1914 and equaled in 1915, the year Babe Ruth went 18-8 with a 2.44 ERA.... Lackey allowed eight hits in 6 1/3 scoreless innings while striking out nine in Wednesday's 4-0 win over the Braves... He is 3-1 with a 2.00 ERA in five starts. ... Gibson scattered five hits over seven innings in a 2-0 win at Detroit on Friday. He hasn't given up a run while allowing eight hits over 14 innings to win his last two starts... Will Middlebrooks and Shane Victorino both went 0-for-2 last night in the PawSox suspended game at Rochester.
