Lineups and Game Notes: Gomes, Herrera Start Against Chicago Lefthander

Coming into their series with the Cubs, the Sox had high hopes for running off some wins against a struggling club, but now go into Wednesday looking to avoid a sweep to the last place team in the NL Central. With lefthander Travis Wood on the mound for the Cubs, the Red Sox lineup features a heavy dose of righthanded hitters. Here is a look at the lineups for tonight’s series finale, scheduled to start at 7:10 p.m.
