Lineups and Game Notes: Holt Gets a Night Off, Victorino to Bat First

One night after scoring a season-high 14 runs, the Red Sox saw their bats go cold on Tuesday as they, once again, left Jake Peavy hanging, stranding nine runners on base in a 7-3 loss that wasn’t as close as the final indicated. The Sox now look to earn at least a series split of their four-game set with a win on Wednesday at Rogers Centre. For the first time since being called back up in May, Brock Holt gets the night off, as Nava, Bradley, and Victorino man the outfield. Here’s a look at the rest of tonight’s lineups:
