The Red Sox take on the Reds for two games in Cincinnati starting tonight.

On the news front, Anthony Ranaudo has been recalled to start Wednesday's afternoon game in Cincinnati, skipping over Brandon Workman who has picked up a loss in his last six appearances. The 24-year-old Ranaudo picked up a victory in his major league debut against the Yankees on Aug. 1. Ranaudo held New York to two runs in six innings, allowing four hits and four walks while striking out two.
