Lineups and Game Notes: After Friday Beaning, Bogaerts Sits for Sox

In what looked like a sure-fire win over the Mariners on Friday, the Red Sox suffered perhaps their worst loss of the season, as Koji Uehara gave up five runs before he could record the final out of the game and the M’s beat the Sox 5-3. To snap their six-game losing streak, they’ll need Brandon Workman to get back to the form he showed at the beginning of this season. Here’s a look at the lineups for the Sox and M’s for their Saturday matinee at Fenway Park.
