The Red Sox kicked off the Grapefruit League season with a 7-1 win over Boston College in an exhibition game at City of Palms Park in Fort Myers, Fla. Sox starting pitcher Josh Beckett pitched two scoreless innings without allowing a hit. Beckett is shown as he fires a pitch to BC's Harry Darling in the top of the first inning.
