Curt Schilling’s announcement that he plans to file for free agency has been one of the bigger stories of spring training. Considering that and his struggles at the end of last season (not to mention the few extra pounds he appears to be carrying), it’ll be interesting how he comes out of the gate during spring training. Will he make the Sox regret not re-upping with him for next season?
