Curt Schilling, SP (DL)
Fast fact: In 155 innings he started, he walked the leadoff batter once.
Lowdown: With a shoulder tendon like strands of linguine, according to Dr. Craig Morgan, there's a significant chance Schilling's career could be over. He's spending his time rehabbing his shoulder and criticizing the Red Sox for not allowing him to get surgery in the offseason. The team had looked into voiding his contract, but decided to give the pitcher time to heal.
