Red Sox left fielder Jason Bay joined a select group Thursday that includes Manny Ramirez and David Ortiz. Although Bay leads American League outfielders in All-Star voting, today's distinction had nothing to do with on-the-field accolades -- Bay became the latest slugger to become an American citizen while playing for the Sox.
