The rest of the way
The Yankees did well by sweeping Minnesota (the second-place wild card team) before heading to Fenway tomorrow. Of their 64 games left, 25 (or a whopping 40 percent) are against the top three teams in the AL -- New York plays the Sox nine times, the Rays six, and the LA Angels 10 times. In addition to the clashes with the Yanks, the Sox play the Rays six times. They'll host the MLB-best Angels after this series, and won't meet them again during the regular season.
