A promise lives

The boys knew nothing of what was in store for them -- only that they were going to the game. Last Friday before the game, the group of fans met the Taylor family in the lobby of the Hotel Buckminster, bearing gifts. When Mason, 10, heard he and his brother were named honorary batboys for the game, he hugged his aunt, Laurie Brady, who helped organize the trip.
