Jonathan Papelbon is having another spectacular season as the Sox closer, sporting an excellent 1.92 ERA with 36 saves and 83 strikeouts over 56 1/3 innings. As far as postseason experience goes, Papelbon pitched in two games during the 2005 playoffs, striking out two batters in four innings.
