The Bronx Bombers couldn’t slow Ortiz’s torrid home run pace. Big Papi hit a game-winning, three-run home run in the bottom of the eighth inning for his 11th of the season. The shot came off of lefty specialist and former Red Sox reliever Mike Myers, giving Boston the victory over the rival Yankees.
