An intriguing option. With the Braves already re-signing Bob Wickman for next season, it’s clear that Baez if he stays will be used strictly as a setup man, and he wants to close again. He was terrific for the Dodgers at the start of last season, allowing no earned runs in his first 12 appearances, then hit a stretch in which he blew six saves in seven chances, including four in a row.
