In honor of Mother's Day, some Sox players donned pink cleats and armbands during Sunday night's 4-3 win over the Rays. After a slow start in the game, David Ortiz, using a pink bat, smashed a double off the Green Monster in the eighth inning starting the rally that would produce the winning run. Clicker-crazy Boston fans were able to catch the rally, which happened shortly after Big Baby's buzzer-beater.
