Canseco traveled to seven teams in 17 seasons, including two years with the Red Sox in 1995-96. He put up huge numbers with both the Athletics and Rangers and fared well in Boston, but his numbers declined in 1997 after he rejoined the Athletics. He retired in 2001 and has since become interested in boxing and mixed martial arts.
