Daniel Nava (right) made quite the entrance to the Major Leagues. He became the second player (after Kevin Kouzmanoff with the Indians in 2006) in MLB history to hit a grand slam on the first pitch he saw. The blast powered the Red Sox to a 10-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.
