There was a scary moment in the third inning of the final game of the Red Sox' series against the Rangers when Red Sox right fielder Conor Jackson crashed into the outfield wall as he tried to track down a deep fly by Ian Kinsler. Jackson was shaken up on the play, but remained in the game for the rest of the inning. He was replaced by Darnell McDonald in the fourth inning.
The Red Sox lost the final game of the series, 11-4.
