Top Red Sox minor-league prospects

18. Che-Hsuan Lin, OF Team: Pawtucket (Triple A) Scouting report: Che-Hsuan Lin took the fast track through the Red Sox' system using his legs. Averaging more than 28 steals per year in the last three years, Lin might be the best base stealer in the Sox' system. According to Baseball America, he is the best defensive outfielder and has the best strike-zone discipline and outfield arm among Sox prospects. The 22-year-old from Taiwan could serve as a defensive replacement or speedster off the bench in the majors.
