Valentine will settle in
Red Sox manager Bobby Valentine (right) has been criticized by his players, slammed by critics, and booed by fans at Fenway Park in his first month as Red Sox manager. Valentine brought a more aggressive style into a combustible clubhouse that was comfortable with the laid back approach of Terry Francona. Adjustments take time, and the players need time to get used to Bobby V, and Valentine needs a little more time to get to know his team. While he might not end up playing cribbage with Dustin Pedroia (left) anytime soon, Valentine will eventually become closer to his players, and more comfortable in his role.
