Justin Masterson Pete Abraham that the Red Sox have expressed some interested in bringing Justin Masterson back to Boston. He is 7-9 on the season with a 4.47 ERA and 107 strikeouts. Masterson came up through the Red Sox minor league system and pitched in Boston 2008 and 2009. He was traded with other prospects at the deadline in 2009 to the Cleveland Indians for Victor Martinez.
