Worcester's own Rich Gedman followed in the large footsteps of Carlton Fisk and was behind the backstop at Fenway until the 1990 season. In this May 1986 photo, Gedman talked things over with Roger Clemens. Gedman batted .292 in 18 postseason games with the Red Sox and made the All-Star team in 1985 and '86.
