SportsFuzion Inc. is suing Nike Inc. and the NBA Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, claiming it was snubbed in a deal that placed the Hall of Fame logo on a new line of Michael Jordan-branded shoes.

The Westwood company, which filed the suit in Norfolk Superior Court Monday, says it has exclusive rights to use the logo on its sportswear.

SportsFuzion seeks more than $10 million in damages and claims it contacted several companies, including Nike, about a shoe line related to Jordan’s Hall of Fame induction.

Nike and the Hall of Fame did not return phone calls seeking comment.
