LeBron James had 44 points, 13 rebounds, and 6 assists and Dwyane Wade added 34 points and eight rebounds as the Miami Heat beat the Portland Trail Blazers, 107-100, in overtime last night for their 13th straight road victory.

James buried two deep 3-pointers and made two free throws in the extra period for the Heat (30-9), who have won 21 of their last 22 games after a slow start. Chris Bosh added 18 points and eight rebounds.

The Heat’s big three combined for all but 11 of Miami’s points.

LaMarcus Aldridge had 31 points, 14 rebounds, and 7 assists for the Blazers, who had an eight-game home win streak snapped.

The Heat went into overtime for the second straight game.

Portland led for most of the second half, but James tied it at 93 with two free throws with 24 seconds left. Andre Miller missed two shots in the final seconds.

Lakers 109, Knicks 87 — Kobe Bryant scored 27 points, Andrew Bynum added 18 points and seven rebounds before getting ejected in the fourth quarter, and host Los Angeles won its fourth straight.

Pau Gasol had 20 points and 14 rebounds for the Lakers, who won their seventh straight over the Knicks.

The second half got testy, with numerous hard fouls and arguments highlighted by Ron Artest clotheslining New York’s Amar’e Stoudemire on a drive to the hoop, earning a flagrant foul.

Hornets 96, Nuggets 87 — Chris Paul (20 points) and David West (19) helped visiting New Orleans send Denver to its third straight loss.

Carmelo Anthony scored just 8 points on a day filled with speculation that the superstar’s departure from the Nuggets was close after 7 1/2 seasons.

Spurs 94, Timberwolves 91 — Manu Ginobili scored 14 of his 21 points in the second quarter as host San Antonio beat Minnesota for the 15th straight time.

Raptors 118, Kings 112 — Andrea Bargnani scored 30 points, DeMar DeRozan had 28, and Leandro Barbosa scored 11 of his 18 points in the fourth quarter as Toronto handed Sacramento its 10th straight road loss.
