Miscellany: The Spurs are in the middle of an eight-game road trip; they won't play at home again until Feb. 24 . . . After a win over Golden State last Monday, coach Gregg Popovich rested Duncan, Parker, and Michael Finley the next night in Denver . . . Ginobili suffered a hip contusion against the Warriors and was deactivated against the Nuggets, although he is expected to play today. In his last three games, Ginobili has averaged 28 points.
