The altercation between Kevin Garnett and Quentin Richardson during Game 1 Saturday night at TD Garden differed from normal NBA playoff mixups because of Richardson’s interesting and revealing comments after the incident, when he was still seething after the loss and checking for loose bones after taking an elbow from Garnett.
