Shaquille O’Neal, who seems to have renamed himself Shaq-a-Claus for the season, joined his Celtics teammates and coach Doc Rivers at Children’s Hospital Boston yesterday. The players (including Ray Allen, Kendrick Perkins, Nate Robinson, and Avery Bradley) hung out with patients and joined them for a game of bingo. Later, the team attended a party at Top of the Hub’s Skywalk Observatory with kids from Boston Medical Center’s Pediatric Hematology Program. The event included a visit with Santa — not Shaq-a-Claus, but the real Santa.
