Allen out Sunday
Ray Allen did not make the trip to Toronto with the Celtics and will miss his second straight game due to a sore ankle. Celtics coach Doc Rivers said it made no sense to take Allen, given that the game starts at 1 p.m. tomorrow afternoon and the Celtics are scheduled to return home tomorrow night. Allen showed up for treatment and was in his practice gear, but did not participate in what turned out to be a shorter-than-anticipated workout. The team then tried to leave for Toronto earlier than scheduled, but ran into plane issues instead.

It seem that Ray is hurting worse than announced by the team. He is not the kind of guy not to play if he just has a tweaked ankel.
