This week on NBA Access with Ahmad Rashad, the show follows four young players who because of trades, injuries or their own development, are all facing higher expectations from their teams.

Viewers will get exclusive access with second-year point guard on the league's hottest team - Rajon Rondo of the Boston Celtics. Cameras captured Rajon in practice and in games, getting instruction from coach Doc Rivers and interacting with the "Big Three" of Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, as well as Ray Allen who said this about Rajon, "There will be times when I say something to him and I try to make sure I'm not too overbearing. You've got to give him space and he has got to learn and make the mistakes he's going to make. But I just reel him in and let him know that we support him. He's a teammate of ours so the better he is the better we all are."
