  1. Should be interesting to see how the Celtics perform with now having less time between games. This series allows them one days rest between games, while the Hawk series left 2 days. I think that they this will be good for them. Very excited for this series as well.

  1. THEY better learn how to win on the road during the playoffs

  1. We are the team to beat.. Sure Doc is going to double Lebron like we did Joe Johnson, and make the others try to beat us. Perkins is going to be huge defensively against their big man, and should free KG up to trap down on driving of Lebron. Loving the Celtics defense to finish the series. If they bring that effort immediately to this new series with the energy from the bench, we should be in good shape to move further through the tournament. GO CELTICS!

  1. Anyone else think we should just skip right to game 7?

  1. First off if you double LeBron that doesn't force the others to play better. LeBron has tore up double teams all year long. When you put three on him THEN the others have to step up, but of course that leaves 4 on 2, pretty good odds. The Celtics are not by a long shot the team to beat. Inconsistent, too many stars and not enough players. IF they are lucky enough to get through this series there will be no gas left in the tank for the next round. As for skipping to game 7? Be glad if you make it to game 7. Cavs in 6.

  1. LeBron had a bad game. But we all know that his style isn like that. hell obviously get his game back on. we all know sometimes players have off days, in any sport. this is just an off day for LBJ. lets not go all stevenson and say hes overrated or doubt his game. All waitin on game 2 lets see how it goes. The Cavs play a prtty good dfence on Boston. just need to have James back up and the rest of the team play better ofensively. Cavs win it all Gam 6

  1. TNT Commentators are a bunch of chumps, They kept on harping on Lebron's scoring slump. Every other word was Lebron this Lebron that. There were four other Cav players on the court and a half dozen others on the bench. Fratello should go back to scouting. he stinks. And what nonsense is the TNT player role. It flashed a little info about the player that was so one-dimensional. Garbage! I would rather watch Tommy and Mike, bring them back. I also hate Donny Marshall because he always says "again" to prove a point. He stinks

  1. You have to remember: the more defensive effort, the uglier the offense looks due to tired legs.
Celtics half-court offense is def. rough around the edges, esp. looking at other teams who are really hitting their stride. But our wins don't have to look pretty, and our defense could be enough to compete for the world championship.

  1. I agree with you Rodney Allen Rippy that Lebron has been reacting well to double teams, but you're full of it thinking that losing 16 games all season plus 3 in the playoffs makes us inconsistent. As for not enough players?!? Are you sure you got enough oxygen at birth? Of course we have enough players otherwise the C's wouldn't be in the league. And your point on too many stars doesn't stand either. Cavs have James and Wallace: one less than our Big Three. What a difference, huh?

  1. why has doc lost confidence in rondo? rondo is nasty and capable. statistically i saw on tv he had the second best assist/to ratio. this is prob going to kill rondos confidence not playing. also, cassell isnt that great. if we do make it to the finals, hornets/lakers will work him

  1. Why has Doc......Pierce needs to...Cassell does too much.....Is Allen ever going to....Okay, done. Just wanted to get all the issues out on the table that everyone is going to complain about before they have anything to complain about.

  1. I was looking at all stats for this series.. & besides the home cook'n that the refs
prefer to serve..nothing is making sense or maybe it's cents..
I truly hope that these series are not being strung out for TV bonus $$...
I'm seeing way too many coin flip calls being made against the men in green on the road. How the hell can PP be sent flying twice on his back by King Lebron and then get the penalty..both @ crucial moments! The KG travel...I tivo'd it in slow mo and it never happened...Letting Lebron get up a head of steam and plow into people w/o penalty is another head banger..especially with his play acting afterwards...Boxers don't hold their face more then he does...let alone cry! Maybe the Celts are trying TOO hard on the road and even at home...their sync is off...shots not being taken on time!!! Yogi once said...I can't think when I concentrate....maybe it's time to let it out...!
