CLEVELAND --- Through the first three minutes of the second quarter, Eddie House helped lead a surge by Boston's second-unit. After converting his first field goal to tie it at the end of the first, 18-18, House was credited with helping Glen Davis convert a fastbreak dunk with a pretty transition feed for his seventh assist of the playoffs, giving the Celtics a 25-19 lead with 10:13 to go.
